The programs are mainly for those with a basic theological degree seeking an upgrade. All who apply for CTE programs must be in active ministry to qualify for consideration.
The Diploma of Theology to Bachelor of Theology is for those with 4 years of theological studies or equivalent. Those who have more than 3 years of full-time ministry experience are exempted from sitting for a qualifying exam. MBTS Diploma of Theology graduates will need another 40 credits to complete the BTh. Diploma graduates from other seminaries may required more credits.
The Bachelor of Theology/Master of Arts is for full-time workers who are 32 years and above, in active ministry, have minimum 5 years of full-time Christian ministry and able to do masteral level academic work. The program calls for an equivalent of 4 years full-time academic studies. A total of 150 credits are required to graduate. This course is focus on Pastoral Major and a Missions Minor.
